Welcome to Guts N Gas Online (www.gutsngas.co.za). This website is brought to you by Guts N Gas (“Guts N Gas”, or “we” or “us”) and all rights are controlled and owned by Guts N Gas. The website is hosted by Cloud Zebra.
Please read all terms and conditions before purchasing any products from the GUTS N GAS website. By making a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Guts N Gas is a business in the motorcycle industry that markets and sells motorcycle accessories, protective gear and parts.
Guts N Gas is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred whilst using or wearing any gear, accessories and tools purchased from us. Riders should always exercise caution and ride responsibly. Our products and services are provided as preventative measures only.
Guts N Gas shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Guts N Gas reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
The website only sells products to individuals who can purchase with a credit card/debit card make an EFT payment or Scan to Pay. If you are under sixteen (16), you may use the website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
When you place an order to purchase a product from the website, we will send you an email confirming receipt and containing order details. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted when we send an email to you confirming that we have accepted the order (the ‘order confirmation email’). Such acceptance will be complete when we send the order confirmation email to you. You are seeking to enter into a contract with Guts N Gas when you place an order.
This contract is legally binding when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by us and we have sent you the confirmation email.
Guts N Gas will retain the ownership in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by Guts N Gas.
Guts N Gas only delivers its products to the locations in South Africa. In the event that an order is placed for a delivery to a location where we do not deliver, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.
We will endeavour to deliver all products ordered within the time period specified on your order confirmation email.
All products purchased from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you on delivery to the carrier. If you have received your order confirmation email but your products have not arrived within the time specified, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Please allow an additional day before raising a query during exceptionally busy periods (Black Friday, Easter, Christmas).
If your order has not been received within the specified timescales set out below, If they do not have your products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Items featured on our website may not always be in stock. In-store prices may differ from prices available on our website. Prices and specifications subject to change without notice. The price advertised on the holder cover may vary due to differences in the various options within the holder, therefor; the price that is added to your shopping cart is the final price. If you cannot add the item to your cart, it is very likely that stock is not available. You may contact us to confirm. Gift cards and/or Online Vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Stock is only reserved once full payment has been made. Failure to make payment on PENDING orders after 5 days will result in your order being cancelled on our system.
Return and Refunds Policy
You can only return Guts N Gas products that have been purchased directly through this website or one of our Guts N Gas Stores (Guts N Gas, 26 Avant-Garde ave, Northlands Deco Park, Northriding, Jhb).
If you are not happy with your products, please follow our delivery, returns, exchanges and repairs policy, so that we can exchange or refund your order. Guts N Gas reserves the right to reject the return of products that are not returned in accordance with this policy procedure. We may request that you pay delivery charges to return such goods back to you.
You may exchange or return new, unworn or unused products within 7 days, from the date you received it.

If you have purchased the incorrect size and want to exchange for a different size, you need to follow the instructions for returns above.
The customer will be responsible for all fees related to courier/return of products back and forth to Guts N Gas Online.
Please note: your right to exchange or return products is separate from your statutory right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations (see below).
Please note that the cost of couriering the product back to our Webstore shall be incurred by the purchaser.
Statutory right to cancel
South African customers in addition to our returns or exchange procedure, you have seven (7) working days (beginning the day after receipt of the goods) to cancel your purchase order under the distance selling regulations.
These legal rights do not apply to non-South African customers.
Conditions for all returns, exchanges or statutory right to cancel
All goods must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging (please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned goods and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the goods). Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging if possible). Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid.
Please do not return items to us without instruction detailing where goods need to be sent or your return may be severely delayed.
If there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us as soon as possible. If you have been shipped the incorrect goods, then please accept our sincerest apologies. Please contact a member of our management team and we will arrange a collection of these goods. Any replacements will be sent at no extra cost.
The provision of goods and services by Guts N Gas is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Guts N Gas will refund the client in full within 7-15 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a Handling FEE+administration fee.
Refunds on Returned Products
Once the item has been received we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund VIA EFT payment within a certain amount of days depending on your banks policies.
Shipping Return Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All prices quoted are subject to:
– Availability of stock.
– Final confirmation at time of placing order.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are quoted in Rand and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges. We list availability information for products sold on the website, including on each product information page. We cannot be more specific about availability than what is stated on the site. Dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products are subsequently found to be unavailable.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on the website may be mis-priced. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the products or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. There may on occasion be an instance of a product image showing the product with an optional extra accessory i.e. helmet with a dark visor or an image showing the various colour options available, or tyres that show front and back in the same image, this does not mean that all the items are included in the price when purchasing unless the description specifically mentions that it is included. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change, update information, or cancel orders where applicable
Events Beyond our Reasonable Control
Guts N Gas will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-3 working days and delivery confirmed by way of booking #Number / Voucher / ID etc#.
Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card cards or by bank transfer into the Guts N Gas bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Guts N Gas by Netcash. Netcash is PCI Level 1 Compliant and all our credit card transactions are 3D secure enabled. We follow strict standards to ensure your customers data is safe.
Users may go to Netcash to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Guts N Gas separately from card details which are entered by the client on Netcash secure site. For more detail on Netcash refer to their website www.Netcash.co.za
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Our online store is hosted by Humble. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to provide our products and services to you. Any data used in store transactions is securely stored on Zebra Cloud data storage, databases and the general Woocommerce application.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (a joint effort by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of all credit card information provided to our store, and its service providers.
